Front Desk Agent – SLS Hotel & Residences, Dubai

Front Desk Agent Job Description: As a Front Desk Agent at SLS Hotel & Residences in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during the check-in and check-out process, as well as throughout the guest’s stay. Your main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting them with the check-in process.
  • Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Processing guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel’s computer system.
  • Assisting with reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai.
