FM Supervisor – Uniestate Properties

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FM Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the deployment of resources, conducting safety inspections, collaborating with facilities engineers and subcontractors, and responding promptly to maintenance requests. Additionally, you will supervise maintenance teams, ensuring they execute routine and preventive maintenance tasks effectively and manage the overtime of workers.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma (a Bachelor’s degree is preferred) and over 4 years of experience in building maintenance, including mechanical and electrical work. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential for this role.

Job Title: FM Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Management: Coordinate the deployment of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with facilities engineers and subcontractors to address challenges, provide solutions, and ensure effective communication.
  • Maintenance Response: Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and execute timely repairs.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise maintenance teams in performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks for facilities and equipment.
  • Overtime Management: Manage and oversee the overtime of workers to ensure efficient use of labor resources.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in building maintenance, including mechanical and electrical works.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
