Fitout Engineer – Interior Designing Company Dubai

We are hiring a talented and experienced Fitout Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading Interior Designing Company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare project schedules, material requirements, and cost estimates.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure the finishing and workmanship are up to the company’s standards.
• Provide technical support and solutions to any construction challenges that arise on site.
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fitout or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fitout processes, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
