Job Opportunity: Financial Administrator

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collections, and vendor payments. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  3. Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets. Track expenses, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
  4. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to management based on findings.
  5. Payroll Processing: Coordinate payroll processing activities, including employee timekeeping, deductions, and payroll tax calculations. Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits to employees.
  6. Tax Compliance: Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations. Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax requirements.
  7. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external audit requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial administration, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s financial regulations and tax laws (preferred).
