The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a hospitality finance professional with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Job Description – Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager
Department: Finance
Reports to: General Manager / Director of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability across all departments.

Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard hotel assets.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external partners as required.

Support management in planning, business expansion, and investment decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CIMA preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
