What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily front- and back-of-house operations
Leading and mentoring a dedicated team with empathy and purpose
Maintaining exceptional guest experiences and warm hospitality
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Working closely with ownership to implement new ideas and improvements
Bringing consistency, leadership, and care to every shift

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in standalone restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable managing budgets, inventory, and labor
A calm, solution-focused approach to challenges
