F&B Coordinator Job Description:

As the F&B Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Food & Beverage department in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the coordination of all F&B activities, including restaurant reservations, banquet events, and room service orders.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of F&B inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of F&B orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Assist in menu planning, pricing, and development of F&B offerings in collaboration with the F&B management team.
  5. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints related to F&B services in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Prepare and distribute F&B reports, including sales figures, revenue projections, and cost analysis.
  7. Support the F&B management team in scheduling, training, and supervising F&B staff to ensure high standards of service.
  8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B outlets and work areas.
  9. Assist in the implementation of promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and special events to drive F&B revenue.
  10. Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the F&B Manager or senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  8. UAE-based candidates or those willing to relocate will be given preference.
