F&B Admin – Female – Abu Dhabi

Job Description: We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Female F&B Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in luxury hospitality, particularly within 5-star hotels or resorts. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced F&B environment.

F&B Admin – Female

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be based in the UAE.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality within 5-star hotels/resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage department, including but not limited to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to F&B operations, such as inventory management, supplier contacts, and guest feedback.
  3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow, including kitchen staff, servers, and management.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by F&B management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Assist in the coordination of special events, promotions, and F&B-related activities, including menu planning, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  6. Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to F&B services promptly and professionally, providing assistance and resolution as needed.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in F&B administration, and recommend improvements or enhancements as appropriate.
  9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by F&B management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, specifically within 5-star hotels or resorts, in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of F&B operations and terminology is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
