Baraza Resort & Spa, Zanzibar’s most iconic 5-star destination, is seeking a talented Executive Chef with a Mediterranean culinary background to lead our award-winning kitchen.
What You’ll Do:
– Create refined Mediterranean-inspired menus with a local twist
– Lead and mentor a dynamic culinary team
– Ensure top-quality presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
– Manage procurement, cost control, and kitchen operations
Requirements:
– Proven experience in luxury resorts or fine dining
– Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine
– Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills
– International experience preferred
