What You’ll Do:

• Drive Customer Satisfaction Initiatives: Implement and oversee programs that ensure customers are delighted with their experiences.
• Lead and Mentor the CX Team: Guide and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop Strategies to Enhance Customer Interactions: Create and execute plans to improve every touchpoint in the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Analyze Feedback to Improve Services: Collect and review customer feedback, using insights to make informed decisions that enhance service offerings.

• Proven Experience in CX Management: Demonstrated track record in managing customer experience initiatives and delivering measurable improvements.
