Customer Service Representative – Dubai

We are currently hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our driving institute in the UAE. If you have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu, along with a passion for helping customers, this is a great opportunity for you. Join our team and help guide customers through their journey.

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE (driving school experience is a plus).
