Commi 1 (Hot and Cold Kitchen) – GRAND MAJESTIC HOTEL, Kuwait

We are looking for a Commi 1 to join our culinary team and assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in both the hot and cold kitchen sections. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of food items in accordance with the kitchen’s standards.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Follow recipes and presentations for dishes accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commi in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of both hot and cold kitchen operations.
