Cluster Engineer/Facilities Engineer – Infracare Facilities Management

Cluster Engineer/Facilities Engineer, Job Purpose: Cluster Engineers are responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities in an assigned cluster of schools.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; a valid Driving License is mandatory.

Experience: 5 to 8 years’ experience in the GCC; experience in KPI-based projects is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
  • Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and handle building repairs.
  • Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.
  • Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive maintenance contracts.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies.
  • Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings, recommending necessary actions to be taken.
  • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, including BMS systems, fire/life safety, and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and requirements.
