China Marketing Manager Job Description
Binghatti Holding is seeking a qualified individual for the position of China Marketing Manager. We welcome Emirati Nationals to apply and contribute to our expanding team. As the China Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our projects and extend our presence in the Chinese market.
China Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support sales objectives in China.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand project requirements, target audience profiles, and project positioning, and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and advertisements, to effectively communicate project features, benefits, and value propositions to Chinese audiences.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance online visibility, engage prospects, and drive website traffic and conversions.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows to showcase Binghatti Holding’s projects, generate leads, and establish strong client relationships in China.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and generate regular reports to evaluate ROI and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, media outlets, and relevant organizations, to enhance brand reputation, secure media coverage, and maximize exposure for Binghatti Holding’s projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing, and leverage new opportunities to differentiate Binghatti Holding’s projects and maintain a competitive edge in the Chinese market.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, establish clear objectives and KPIs, and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
China Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Emirati Nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management roles, preferably in the real estate or property development sector, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market landscape, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances, with expertise in local market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and achieving marketing objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple projects and priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs and market conditions.
