Chef de Partie Job Description

Atelier House Hospitality Sindalah, KSA, is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. If you are a talented chef with a flair for creativity and a dedication to culinary excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
  2. Station Management: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as hot or cold section, grill, pastry, or sauce, overseeing all aspects of food production and ensuring timely service during peak hours.
  3. Menu Development: Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes, creating innovative recipes, and incorporating seasonal ingredients to enhance the culinary offerings and meet guest preferences.
  4. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices in compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and monitoring food storage, handling, and preparation procedures.
  5. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants, delegating tasks, supervising their work, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to creativity and productivity.
  6. Ordering and Inventory: Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of food supplies and ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing food waste and spoilage.


  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a reputable restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and kitchen equipment.
  • Creativity and passion for food, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in KSA.
