We are currently seeking talented individuals for the positions of CDP (Chef de Partie) and DCDP (Demie Chef de Partie) in our Hot Kitchen department.

Chef de Partie (CDP) Job Description

Location: Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE
Nationality: Any
Working Hours: Rotating Duty
Experience: 1-3 years required

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure that food preparation and presentation adhere to quality standards and food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hot kitchen operations and techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Demie Chef de Partie (DCDP) Job Description

Location: Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE
Nationality: Any
Working Hours: Rotating Duty
Experience: 1-3 years required

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and cooking of various dishes.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines provided by senior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Demie Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a hotel or restaurant.
  • Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • UAE-based candidates are preferred.
