We are hiring an experienced and skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our team at a leading Interior Designing Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee carpentry work for interior fit-out projects and lead a team of carpenters to ensure the successful execution of high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of carpenters on-site to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Oversee carpentry work for interior fit-out projects, including the installation of furniture, fixtures, partitions, and custom woodwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on-site.
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges related to carpentry work during the project.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in the construction industry.
• Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
