We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Butler to join our prestigious team at Naama Beach Villas & Spa, Fujairah. The ideal candidate will provide personalized and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored services to guests, including room arrangements, meal preferences, and special requests.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Assist guests with unpacking, packing, and other personal requests during their stay.
• Liaise with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable and comfortable stay.
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for guest privacy at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
• Strong dedication to providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
