Al Ain Coop is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Supervisor to support the operations of our retail branch. The Branch Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales performance.

Branch Supervisor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:
    • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
    • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and train branch staff to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
    • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members to optimize productivity and efficiency.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, cooperation, and employee engagement.
  3. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and addressing complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Sales and Inventory Management:
    • Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs by monitoring sales performance, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and replenishing merchandise as needed to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
    • Participate in regular inventory audits and reconciliation processes to maintain accurate inventory records.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, processing sales transactions, and maintaining records as required.
    • Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales principles, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with retail management software.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
