Birthday & Events Coordinator Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and organize birthday parties and special events hosted at the Family Entertainment Centre.
  2. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for the event.
  3. Plan and schedule event activities, including games, entertainment, and catering services.
  4. Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are prepared and set up for the event.
  5. Supervise the event to ensure that it runs smoothly and according to the client’s expectations.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to guests attending the event, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are coordinated effectively.

Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a Family Entertainment Centre.
  2. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and organizing events, particularly birthday parties.
  3. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Must be based in the UAE.
