Birthday & Events Coordinator Job Description
Company: Al Ghurair Group
- Coordinate and organize birthday parties and special events hosted at the Family Entertainment Centre.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for the event.
- Plan and schedule event activities, including games, entertainment, and catering services.
- Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are prepared and set up for the event.
- Supervise the event to ensure that it runs smoothly and according to the client’s expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests attending the event, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are coordinated effectively.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a Family Entertainment Centre.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and organizing events, particularly birthday parties.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be based in the UAE.
