Job Description:

As a Bellman, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Guest Assistance: Greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, and escorting them to their rooms. Providing information about hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions and amenities.
2. Transportation Services: Safely and courteously driving guests to and from the airport, train station, or other locations as required. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel vehicles at all times.
3. Luggage Handling: Handling guests’ luggage with care, ensuring prompt delivery to their rooms, and offering assistance with unpacking and storage if requested.
4. Security and Safety: Monitoring the hotel entrance and lobby area, maintaining vigilance for any suspicious activity or unauthorized persons. Adhering to security protocols and assisting with emergency procedures as necessary.
5. Communication: Maintaining clear and professional communication with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing. Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, and escalating any issues or concerns to the appropriate department.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Bellman in a hotel or resort environment.
• Hold a valid UAE driving license, with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Must be based within the United Arab Emirates and eligible to work in the country.
