Bellboy

Job Summary: The Bellboy is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for guests upon their arrival and throughout their stay. This role involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and its services, and ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality and service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient transportation to and from their rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain the features and amenities of the resort.
• Provide information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and deliver items to guest rooms promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Assist with the storage and retrieval of luggage for guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Good knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
