Amazónico Dubai, one of the city’s most immersive and vibrant dining destinations, is looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team in the heart of DIFC.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages with precision and flair

• Engage guests with warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service

• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and menu pairings

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and full bar stock throughout the shift

• Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and beverage trends

• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards

• Collaborate with the team to create a seamless and unforgettable guest experience

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury or high-end restaurant/bar

• Strong mixology and beverage knowledge

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails; flair bartending is a plus
