Key Responsibilities:

  1. Beverage Preparation:
    • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
    • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages, paying attention to detail and precision in every preparation.
    • Customize beverages to meet guest preferences and dietary restrictions as requested.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations, answer questions about beverage options, and offer guidance as needed.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with courtesy and professionalism.
  3. Equipment Maintenance:
    • Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment.
    • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with health and safety standards.
    • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly.
  4. Upselling and Promotion:
    • Promote special coffee blends, seasonal beverages, and promotional offers to increase sales and revenue.
    • Upsell additional menu items, such as pastries, snacks, and desserts, to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
    • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to management to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies.


  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role, with fluency in Arabic.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and beverage customization.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and service.
  • Certification in coffee preparation or barista training is a plus.

F&B Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of assigned F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
    • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to meet demand.
  2. Guest Service:
    • Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering personalized service and addressing concerns promptly.
  3. Staff Training and Development:
    • Train and supervise F&B staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance staff skills and capabilities.
  4. Health and Safety Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
    • Conduct routine inspections of F&B outlets to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
    • Address any safety concerns or violations promptly and take corrective action as necessary.


  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry, with fluency in Arabic.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, service standards, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
