Bar Manager Responsibilities:

1. Bar Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
2. Beverage Program: Develop and maintain an innovative beverage program, creating signature cocktails, selecting premium spirits, and curating a diverse beer and wine selection to cater to our clientele.
3. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented bartenders, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure exceptional service delivery and consistency.
4. Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Quality Control: Ensure that all beverages are prepared and presented according to established recipes, standards, and specifications, maintaining consistency and quality across all offerings.
6. Financial Management: Monitor beverage costs, revenue, and profitability, implementing strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste while achieving budgetary targets.
7. Promotions and Events: Plan and execute innovative promotions, themed nights, and special events to attract and retain customers, driving traffic to the bar and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Bar Manager Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bar or upscale restaurant environment.
2. Mixology Skills: Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, along with a creative flair for developing unique and innovative drink concepts.
3. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
6. Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, and to adapt quickly to changing business needs and guest preferences.
