Attraction Specialist Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and oversee various attractions within the Family Entertainment Centre.
  2. Ensure the safety of guests while they enjoy the attractions.
  3. Provide guidance and assistance to guests regarding attraction rules and safety procedures.
  4. Monitor the condition of attractions and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
  5. Assist in managing crowd flow and queue lines to ensure a positive guest experience.
  6. Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the attraction area.

Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a Family Entertainment Centre.
  2. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Must be based in the UAE.
