Attraction Specialist Job Description
Company: Al Ghurair Group
- Operate and oversee various attractions within the Family Entertainment Centre.
- Ensure the safety of guests while they enjoy the attractions.
- Provide guidance and assistance to guests regarding attraction rules and safety procedures.
- Monitor the condition of attractions and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist in managing crowd flow and queue lines to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the attraction area.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a Family Entertainment Centre.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be based in the UAE.
