Job Overview: Lincoln Holding in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of performance, customer satisfaction, and staff morale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Help create and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously, striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Assist in monitoring financial performance metrics and implementing measures to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment characterized by teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food service, inventory control, and guest relations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management or a related field is desirable.
