Assistant Restaurant Manager: Are you ready for a new and exciting opportunity? Mina Brasserie is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences while cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall management of the restaurant operations.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards in food, service, and ambiance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.


  • Proven track record as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
