Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, located in Dhonakulhi, Maldives, is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing the daily operational activities of the resort, ensuring operations stay within budget, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.

The Assistant Resident Manager will address guest needs promptly, supervise various departments, ensure compliance with resort Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain high grooming standards, and create a warm, welcoming environment for all guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and oversee daily operational activities across the resort
Manage operations within the agreed budget
Deliver exceptional guest services, exceeding expectations
Address and follow up on guest requirements promptly
Supervise and support various department operations
Ensure compliance with resort SOPs
Maintain impeccable grooming standards
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests

QUALIFICATIONS

Over 15 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and either French or German
Strong focus on personalized, guest-centric service
Adaptability to varied work situations
Ability to thrive under pressure in a multicultural environment
Excellent grooming and presentation standards
Willingness to live and work on a remote island resort
