Architectural Draftsman – Hire Hub International Dubai

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team at a leading Interior Designing Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans for interior design and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans for interior fit-out projects based on design specifications and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop accurate technical drawings that align with project goals.
• Revise and update drawings based on project changes, client feedback, or site conditions.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth implementation of designs during construction.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues that arise during the project execution phase.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and other project documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and interior design concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work within a team and meet tight project deadlines.
