Position 1: Bartender 🍸
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional guest service with attention to detail
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company recipes and standards
- Monitor inventory and restock bar items as needed
- Comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or beach club environment
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle high guest volumes
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
Position 2: Barback 🍹
Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders in daily operations and service
- Refill ice, restock beverages and supplies
- Ensure the bar is always clean and organized
- Remove trash and used glassware promptly
- Assist in setting up and closing the bar area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a barback or similar supporting role
- High energy, team player, and excellent work ethic
- Physically fit to handle stock movement and long shifts
- Must be currently based in Dubai
