Dubai Marine Beach Resort is looking for an HR & Training Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you are responsible for all Human Resources Team Member-related activities. These activities include recruitment, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and other team-based activities.
Requirements:
Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives;
Highly motivated and communicate effectively;
Exceptional interpersonal skills;
Previous HR & Training experience with a proven track record of success;
Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it.
