1️⃣ Position: Sales Manager (Corporate & Government)

Location: Abu Dhabi
Department: Sales
Reports To: Director of Sales

Job Purpose:
Lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives targeting corporate and government sectors, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
Manage key corporate and government accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and tailor proposals to client needs.
Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve collective goals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless service delivery.
Represent the hotel at industry events and networking forums.
Analyze market trends and prepare detailed sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality with corporate/government focus.
Proven leadership skills and expertise in Abu Dhabi’s market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.

2️⃣ Position: Sales Executive (Corporate & Government)

Location: Abu Dhabi
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
Support the sales team in acquiring and retaining corporate/government clients through proactive outreach and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
Assist in creating proposals and presentations.
Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide post-booking support to ensure client satisfaction.
Update CRM systems with accurate client data.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
2+ years of sales experience (hospitality preferred).
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s corporate/government landscape.
Strong organizational skills and customer-centric mindset.
