What We’re Looking For

We are looking for dedicated culinary professionals with a sharp palate, creative spirit, and a strong commitment to excellence. If you are someone who thrives in a high-pressure, high-standard kitchen and loves to bring joy to guests through food, then you will feel right at home here.

General Requirements Across Roles:

  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in the relevant section (hot, cold, pastry, bakery)
  • Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, multicultural environment
  • Passionate about food presentation, consistency, and hygiene
  • Ability to manage your own section efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards

Chef de Partie – Luxury Restaurant

As a CDP in our luxury restaurant, you will manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure every dish is cooked to perfection. From timing and plating to mentoring junior chefs, your role will be central to delivering a premium dining experience.

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Expertise in international and fusion cuisine
  • Strong attention to detail and plating aesthetics
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours

Demi Chef de Partie – Luxury Restaurant

As a Demi CDP, you’ll support your CDP in preparing high-quality dishes. This role is perfect for chefs looking to transition into leadership by taking more ownership over a particular station.
