REQUIREMENTS:
- MEP Supervisor: Minimum 2-3 years of FM Experience with a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering Degree.
- Technicians: Minimum 2-3 years of FM Experience with a Diploma / ITI Certificate.
- Handyman: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with a Diploma / Certificate.
- Housekeeping Attendants: Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience with the ability to read & write.
- Immediate & Locally with NOC available candidates preferred.

OPEN POSITIONS:
FM Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical Engineer)
Landscaping Engineer
REQUIREMENTS:
FM Engineer: Minimum 3-5 years of FM experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical).
Landscaping Engineer: Minimum 3-5 years of FM or related landscaping design & horticulture experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Agriculture/Horticulture).
Candidates with UPDA / ASHRAEE / MMUPDA certifications are preferred.
Immediate availability and locally with NOC (No Objection Certificate) available candidates are preferred.
