Al Geemi Contracting is seeking a Contract Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract documentation and project finance, with hands-on experience in drafting claims, notifications, and contractual letters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage contract documentation (preferably FIDIC).
- Prepare and issue contractual letters, notifications, and correspondence.
- Draft claim notifications, narratives, and maintain site records relevant to claims.
- Provide project finance inputs to support variation requirements.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and records are maintained in compliance with project standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
- Strong contractual awareness and documentation skills.
- Excellent written communication for contract-related correspondence.
- Knowledge of project finance and claims preparation.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts is highly desirable.
