Role Overview:
Cafe Rider is seeking a dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our daily operations and elevate our customer experience. If you’re a seasoned F&B professional with a knack for event catering, thrive under pressure, and love building community, this role is your chance to make an impact. Cafe Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily café operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and compliance with health/safety standards.
  • Team Management: Train, mentor, and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and uphold Cafe Rider’s values.
  • Event & Catering Excellence: Plan, coordinate, and execute events (in-house and external) with attention to detail, from concept to logistics.
  • Customer Experience: Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression.
  • Menu & Product Innovation: Collaborate with chefs and baristas to refine offerings, staying true to our craft-driven ethos.
  • Community Engagement: Strengthen local partnerships and contribute to initiatives that align with Cafe Rider’s community-focused mission.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in F&B management, preferably in cafes or fast-paced hospitality environments.
  • Proven track record in event planning/catering management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for specialty coffee, artisan food, and creating meaningful customer connections.
  • Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed.
