Key Responsibilities:

- Table Maintenance:

- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally.
- Billing and Payment:
- Present bills to customers and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash and card transactions and provide change if necessary.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with other waitstaff to provide efficient service during peak hours.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Follow restaurant policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:
