Finance Manager
Qualifications
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, CMA etc.)
• Minimum of 8 yrs. of experience in Construction/FM
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for MIS reports with detailed variance analysis.
Preparation of financial statements as per IFRS and POC with auditors.
. Financial modelling and investment analysis. • Managing receivables, FAs and Inventories.
• Monthly closing of books as per the standards and timely reporting to the Finance Director.
• Experience in project wise cashflows (actuals and forecast).
• Coordination with Project team and various other departments for fund management.
. Thorough knowledge in contract billing including receipt accounting with ageing and receivables schedule.
• Expertise in analyzing the liquidity, upcoming commitments and available bank facilities including daily
reporting on bank/cash movements.
• Analyse and negotiate various LC with the banks.
• Review loan agreements, maintain schedule, prepare documentation for new drawdowns and
loan settlements on maturity.
