We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Captain (Arabic Speaker) to elevate our dining experience and lead our service floor to excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and supervise the F&B service team during shifts to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for **Arabic-speaking guests**, managing service, inquiries, and feedback promptly and courteously.
* Ensure all guests receive the highest standard of personalized, five-star service consistent with the Warwick Doha brand.
* Conduct on-the-job training for junior staff and manage table reservations and assignments.
* Handle billing, cash, and credit card transactions with precision and integrity.
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
* **Fluency in Arabic (Verbal and Written) is mandatory** to support our diverse clientele.
* A minimum of **[X] years** of proven experience as a Captain, Supervisor, or Head Waiter, *ideally within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.*
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
