We are seeking an experienced and visionary Food & Beverage General Manager to lead and oversee our Cluster Restaurant Group. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple outlets. Candidates with a background as an Executive Chef who have successfully transitioned into F&B leadership will be highly preferred, given the role’s need for culinary insight combined with strategic business management.

- Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of multiple restaurants within the cluster.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring consistent standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative menus aligned with brand identity and guest preferences.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue streams across outlets.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of F&B teams to foster a culture of service excellence.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines.
- Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and guest engagement.
- Build strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and partners to strengthen brand reputation.
Food & Beverage General Manager Requirements
- Proven track record in senior F&B leadership roles, preferably in luxury hospitality or high-end dining groups.
- Previous Executive Chef experience strongly preferred, with ability to balance culinary creativity and operational strategy.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive F&B management experience with exposure to multi-outlet or cluster operations.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
