Job Overview: As a Reservations Agent, you will be the voice of Amazónico, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless booking experience. You will manage reservations efficiently, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information, all while upholding the high standards of a luxury hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming reservation calls, emails, and online bookings promptly and professionally.

• Provide detailed and accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and special events.

• Ensure all guest preferences and special requests are recorded and communicated to the relevant departments.

• Maximize restaurant occupancy by managing the reservations system effectively.

• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain updated knowledge of promotions, offers, and brand standards.

• Coordinate with the front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• Strong telephone etiquette and guest relations skills.

• Knowledge of reservation software/systems is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
