Job Overview: Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel is hiring a Hygiene Officer to oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation across all hotel operations. You will ensure compliance with Qatar’s health regulations and international hygiene protocols, safeguarding the well-being of our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene policies and procedures across all hotel departments.

• Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and service spaces.

• Ensure all food safety standards align with Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health regulations.

• Maintain HACCP documentation and records for audits.

• Train staff in hygiene best practices and safe food handling.

• Investigate and resolve any hygiene-related concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hygiene Officer or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.

• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local health regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Certification in food safety and hygiene preferred.
