Job Overview: Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel is looking for a Mini Bar Supervisor – Room Service to oversee the operation, stocking, and quality of mini bar services in our luxury guest rooms and suites. You’ll ensure timely replenishment, maintain accurate inventory, and deliver service that reflects the hotel’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily mini bar operations and room service beverage delivery.

• Ensure all in-room mini bars are fully stocked and items are presented neatly.

• Monitor consumption records, prepare daily inventory reports, and coordinate billing.

• Train and lead mini bar attendants to deliver efficient and discreet service.

• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and Qatar’s food handling regulations.

• Collaborate with purchasing and stores to maintain proper stock levels.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B or mini bar operations within a luxury hotel.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
