Sales Associate – Calliope, Al Fahim HQ, Abu Dhabi

The Sales Associate will provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment. This role requires a proactive and personable individual who can assist customers in finding products, provide information about fashion trends, and ensure that the store meets Calliope’s high standards.

Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude and engage with them to understand their needs.
• Provide detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales by suggesting complementary items and informing customers of current promotions.
• Maintain the store’s appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring that products are presented according to brand guidelines.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and new product arrivals to effectively assist customers.
• Support inventory management by helping with stock checks and replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar retail role, preferably in fashion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
